"Hang on Lucy, come on leave the ring!" still trying to reach the wedding token, my hand cold, my bride dress ruined, tears spilling from my eyes. I guess my body decided to give up on me and I fell like a dying dove from the cliff, the fall seemed to last a lifetime and as the icy water dragged me down into the depths I suddenly remembered how nicely the day had begun. It's as if I am going back in time to the start of my Special Day. I can hear faint music it is getting louder. Suddenly I'm on dry land again!
I hear cello's playing a wedding tune and see Edward at the end of an aisle smiling his soft gentle smile. I can see my parents in tears to finally let their daughter go. I walk down the aisle to the end, me and Edward smile at each other as the preist droned on The sun was shining full blast but suddenly as if it has been swiched off the sun disappears. Lightening cracks and one rain drop fell followed by another and another. Soon it drizzle, thunder rolls and soon the grass has changed into a grubby muddy mess. The page boy comes with the ring and some thing terrible happens. He slips the ring flies through the air and without thinking I run after it. As it flew over my heart realised what was going to happen but it was too late. The next thing I knew I was over the edge clinging to a rock the ring just out of reach below me. Suddenly I am falling falling falling...
This time as I touch the water a floating sensation takes over me, lifts me towards the sky, up, up above Edward, above the clouds. Then I am falling, falling, then darkness. I woke up feeling dazed, I was lying down staring at three men. "She's alive!" they said. I got up my wedding dress, once white, was dripping with mud. Suddenly I saw Edward, I rushed to him, in his hand I saw something, It couldn't be, wet slightly smeared with mud it was, the ring.
